Feel free to use our contact us page for a quick and easy approximated estimate. Keep in mind that we usually need to see the pieces in person for an official quote, but there may be exceptions based on the situation. 

Work time on your project may differ based on the scale, quantity, or intricacy of your piece(s). Typically, the estimated time for completion would be around 2 to 3 weeks once we begin. Our backlog can vary before we begin the work, you will be informed of our current wait times at the time of your estimate. 

To be fair to all of our clients, we work in order of the date of deposits received on estimates. We may offer special up-charged pricing for "rush completion" This can be discussed for approval at the time of quoting.

While there are endless options of items we do upholster, we do NOT work with the following; 

Drapery

Slipcovers

Recliner mechanism repairs

Power/lift recliners

Wood refinishing

Absolutely, we welcome anyone by appointment to come in for a fabric consultation, receive a quote, or see the progress of your project. Call (574)337-7109 or use our contact us page to set up your in-shop appointment! Walk-ins are welcome but our hours can vary without notice. Please note that our location is not suitable for children under 13. 

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring in fabric sourced from other suppliers for your project. However, please note that an external material fee will be applied (no exceptions). 

We do not provide cleaning services. We will provide detailed instructions on how to clean and care for your materials. We highly recommend Mastercare Inc for local cleaning services.

Yes, we have a selection of genuine leathers, hair-on-hide, and suede available in various colors and textures. (Please note that half hides may not be available from all vendors.)
